I’ve used Golan’s Moving in three occasions. Once in the city, once from the city to the suburbs and again in the suburbs. My experience was the same all 3 times. Communication and scheduling was great. They were professional and polite. They took care of all my furniture and boxes, broken down and put back together furniture pieces and placed everything in its new spot at the new location. Highly recommend.

The team that helped me move at the beginning of April was great. They worked super quickly, and they were extremely careful to wrap all my furniture in blankets and stretch wrap to ensure that things wouldn’t be damaged. All of the guys were professional and helpful, and they put all their energy into the move. I don’t think I’ll be moving again any time in the near future, but if I do, I would definitely use Golan’s Moving and Storage again!

I used Golan movers last week and was soo impressed. I can’t imagine a better moving company. The office people were great - responsive, accurate and helpful. The movers were amazing - strong, quick, polite and thorough. They cleaned up thoroughly, leaving me with little to do except lock the door and step out. Highly recommended.

They say one of the biggest stress’ in life is a move, and I can’t tell you how happy I was to choose Golans as our movers.The didn’t waste anytime and were careful and strategic about everything they did. They had to travel to two different locations before reaching our new place and they did it in the exact time they said it would take. They’re truly professionals when it comes to moving. I moved from a second floor and had a lot of furniture and boxes. The movers packed for me.A crew of 4 men worked diligently and tirelessly for 7 hours (they estimated 8 hrs) without a break. When I unpacked everything was securely wrapped and nothing was broken. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! I cannot say enough good things about Golan and the men that helped me with my move. I had three stops and a ton of stuff. The men were absolutely wonderful and they handled everything with care and were very patient and had a great attitude the entire time. I spoke with Krystal to arrange my move and she provided excellent client service. I have moved many times and used different moving companies in the past and Golan by far is the best!! The pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will highly recommend Golan to all my family and friends.

They were very prompt - actually early. They wrapped multiple family heirlooms with care. They worked diligently. I never saw them take a break, not even for lunch. They were very careful of walls, furniture, lamps, pictures, etc. They did a much better job than I could have done. They got furniture from 2 different locations and they kept track of everything.

I arranged a move for someone and got Golan's Moving & Storage because they have better customer service. I looked them up on Consumer Affairs, and then I looked at their ratings and customer feedback. Consumer Affairs suggested three companies and their quote and their rating was the best the movers were wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

This was my second move with Golan’s and once again they knocked it out of the park. Audi and the crew were phenomenal as always. The amount these guys are able to get done is a life saver. It would have taken me days and lots of frustration to do this move on my own. There aren’t enough words to convey my appreciation for Golan’s Moving and Storage

The folks at Golan’s showed up promptly at 8 AM and began carefully and efficiently wrapping all of our furniture, and there was a lot of furniture. They knew exactly what to do, clearly had experience moving others. They were also very pleasant and kind people to be around. I would highly recommend Golan’s for your moving experience.

Amazing service. The most painless move I’ve ever gone through. The team was a powerhouse, helped us finish packing, broke down furniture & put it back together, and all with a smile and professionalism. I underestimated the amount of boxes we had, and the amount of packing help we needed, so I was expecting the quote amount to double when it came time to pay, but it was only around $100 more when all was said and done. I will always recommend Golan’s & will always use Golan’s. Honestly the best moving company around.

Moving can be stressful, especially when a lot of the details are up in the air trying to sell & buy places simultaneously. Golan’s was an absolute DREAM to work with, amidst an incredibly stressful time. They understood that all the rescheduling we annoyingly had to go through was outside of my control and made it incredibly easy. When my new condo finally did close, they were able to show up immediately to get me moved in. They were prompt, fast and honestly, the best part of my entire moving experience. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The movers showed up on time and were very nice and very clear about the whole process. Everything was moved safely and took about as long as expected. So far so good! This is the second time I’ve used Golan’s to do a major move. The estimates that I received are close to the final end job pricing, and are more than competitive with other major moving lines that I got quotes from. We are long term storing our items, this time, but I expect that the experience will continue to be a great one. The moving team, was organized and listened to our direction when separating items between short term storage and long term storage. Highly recommend Golan’s for your moving needs.

Golan’s did a great job with my move. Very professional. Arrived day before to prep and wrap items and following day to move. They were on time, worked quickly, helpful and did best to try to place items where needed. Only thing was cost came in little higher than estimate but I highly recommend them.

I have worked with the Golan's team for over a decade on multiple moves. They are very consistent and professional to deal with. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful. I had such a pleasant experience working with Golan's. I was moving across states and very nervous about it after a very bad experience with Two Men and a Truck. However Golan's office and crew were very professional, their crew picked up our furniture on time and delivered it on time. They wrapped everything with great precision and were detailed oriented with all their work. I was always able to get through to them on the phone and did not have to wait. They answered all my questions and promised me the best service which was definitely achieve. I highly recommend this moving company for a safe secure move. Thanks again!

This was my third time using Golan's and I have always had a great experience. My movers showed up early and were able to help me finish packing up before moving things into the truck. They worked quickly but were very careful with my items. I purchased the $45 insurance that covered $3000 of items, mostly just for my TV. That said, I had a broken lamp - that was it. The claims process was super easy and was taken care of within 24 hours. These guys are worth the extra money!!

Moving with Golan’s was a great experience. Setting up with appointment with Tori was very easy. The movers got there on time (a little early even). The moving team was 1394R, 16070, 1383J. They were very nice, efficient, hard working, and kept all our stuff safe and secure. I don’t hope to move again soon, but if I do I’d definitely use Golan’s again.

I called Golan's as a last minute attempt to find some moving help. I'd seen their trucks in the neighborhood so I gave them a shot. Luke, the agent in the office helped me tremendously. He sensed the stress I've been under for a last minute move so he was ready with all the questions and he got me a quote quickly. There was no fee to set the appointment and while they were scheduled to come later in the day, they ended up calling to say they could come earlier! The four man crew was friendly, fast and careful with my possessions. They were absolute ROCK STARS. I wasn't convinced we could get my larger pieces in through the back door because of the small kitchen area.. BUT THEY DID! And not a scratch on the walls of the furniture!Thank you, Golan's. You guys took the pressure off me and your rates were stellar!I'm a customer for life!

The crew worked very efficiently and were considerate of my time. They ensured my belongings were transported safely and with care. They took unloading to my 4 story townhouse in stride. Golan's may cost more than some of the smaller companies out there but I knew in choosing them, I could relax and not worry about the move. To me, that is priceless.

I originally chose Golan’s because of my strong need to support local business and I was so happy with the results. We used Golan’s for the second time (because we were so happy three years ago when we previously moved). The guys were so efficient and polite and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Something that was very important to us was professionalism and Golan’s did not fail. The price was accurate to the original quote and everything just went so smoothly. For four hours, the movers got so much done and we’re still able to take care of all of our items. Plus, they were so sweet when it came to my obnoxious children and barking dog. We recently used Golan's Moving and Storage in Chicago Illinois to move out of a large 3 level house in the City into a town home in the suburbs. From the initial visit by my moving specialist, Tori Jones, to the 5 strong team that came and carefully handled all of our boxes and furniture, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have a large dining set which is comprised of mirrors and glass. The Foreman, Martin, and team carefully wrapped it up with cardboard, and several blankets. It's big and heavy, and they expertly handled it with it arriving in perfect condition. I'd be remiss not to mention the 3 other large, heavy pieces, that were also wrapped with care and delivered, unwrapped and set up to my expectations!!! Each of the team members were extremely courteous and careful with all of our items. Moving is not easy, but after 12 exhausting hours of labor and travel, I can't say enough about this team and the company. The staff were always available, prompt, polite and clear and got us an estimate quickly. They were patient, non judgemental and upbeat throughout. They fulfilled a last minute request for packing with no sweat, and sent same crew for the move.Angel was our foreman and fully earned his moniker. Attentive, amiable, knowledgeable and steady plus gave good counsel on furniture placement. This was a challenging 11 hour move and never was there one grimace from our lmgreat crew. I used Golan's or the first time and was so happy with the experience from start to finish. Micheal kept me updated with all the polar vortex news, keeping me and the movers safe and warm! But I have to say, the best part was my wonderful movers: Ronald (1394R), Maria (1495M), and Roger (1362R). They were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I was nervous about my move, but they took care of every little detail making sure all of my items were moved safely and quickly! Golan's Moving made the impossible possible for us. We had scheduled to move from a 3rd floor, 6 flights of stairs (no elevator) to another 3rd floor, 6 flights of stairs (no elevator) apartment and it had snowed/snowing heavily, 4-8 inches of snow. They took great care of my items and got it all done in an impressive amount of time and extremely professional too. I am always in such awe at their work.

These guys are pros! So friendly and so accommodating. Raymundo led the team and not only did they do a huge furniture move and unpack everything, they put it all together including a HUGE shelving unit from scratch. Wonderful guys. Second time I've used Golan. They are my mover of choice going forward. Scheduling was easy. They worked with me around a hectic schedule on the day of the move. They loaded the truck in exactly 2 hours. I had to dash to my closing so I met them at my new home about 3 hours later. By the time I got there, they'd already started moving items in. They handled my stuff with care. The whole crew worked quickly, were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Golan's!

I would highly recommend Golan Movers. Their 3 member crew came the day before our move and wrapped our furniture. They worked efficiently and were very pleasant. The next morning the same three movers plus two more showed up promptly and began loading the trucks. They worked fast and demonstrated good team work with each other. They also worked fast in unloading at our new home. The crew took good care of our furniture and boxes and were friendly and professional. I would definately use Golan if I move again.

I have used Golan for every move for over 20 years. They are still the best. This time I just needed some guys to wrap furniture and move to another floor of the home in order to redo wood floors. They not only took such a small gig but did it quickly and perfectly.

This team blew us all away! Their commitment to excellence and completing the job made the impossible happen. Our move required work than we anticipated with all the “stuff” we had but it was no bother for this crew. They were gracious as they moved it all on a 90 degree humid summer day. Hats off to these guys. This was the most impressive, physical, detail oriented and overall professional experience I’ve ever had moving. Did I mention they were super friendly? Such pleasant folks in the home and over the phone. I hope this was my last move but they will be the first people I call if we ever have to move again.

This is my second time using Golan movers and once again they provided an excellent service. All my boxes and furniture were moved in a timely manner and arrived in great condition. They did a great job of wrapping my furniture and protecting it from any damage. My kids bunk beds were taken down and reassembled at the new location. Great service. Recommend!
