Wilco’s Far, Far Away; Duran Duran’s Lake Shore Drivin; and Shy-Town by Gorillaz are just some of the countless songs centered on the city as well as Liz Phair’s Stratford-On-Guy; Led Zepplin’s recording of When the Levee Breaks; and Welcome 2 Chicago by Abstract Mindstate with Kanye West.

Bobby Troup’s Route 66 is great for moving motorists as is Lake Shore Drive by Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah while those on foot will appreciate Merle Haggard’s Sidewalks of Chicago.
