To Our Customers:
The Department of Transportation in 49 CFR 375.213, requires that each household goods carrier must furnish to each of its prospective individual customer a written description of the customer complaint and inquiry handling procedure established and maintained by the carrier.
To request a claim form, subsequent to your move, please contact our Independent Claims Processing Center at: 800-439-8515. Their hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday – Friday, Central Time. (This is a toll call.) Alternatively, you may submit your claim in writing to our office at:

Once you have properly filed your claim in writing and received a determination, you have the right to arbitration of your case. We participate in the following arbitration program:
AMSA Household Goods Dispute Settlement Arbitration Program
Arbitration is a dispute resolution process whereby a neutral arbitrator will resolve your dispute instead of a court. The arbitrator’s decision is binding on both parties. The fee for arbitration is:
